Steps to Remove Win32:Rootkit-gen[Rtk] Virus

Win32:Rootkit-gen[Rtk] is an annoying virus and everytime I restart my pc ,
Avast Antivirus founds it and deletes it , but it return after the restart .

Steps to remove Win32:Rootkit-gen[Rtk] Virus :

This virus infects the PC and it is saved in the System Restore files.

1. Turn off the System Restore now (Right click on
My Computer->Properties-> System Restore tab->
click on Turn off System Restore on all drives).

2. Reboot the PC to let the restore files to get deleted.

3. Scan the whole PC.

4. Now just turn on the system restore.

The virus has been removed!!
